THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS HEREBY INVITED TO THE PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 11 OF THE ISLAND COUNCIL COMMITTEE ORDINANCE WHICH WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, 29TH JUNE AT 2:00 PM.
EVERYONE CAN INSPECT THE DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE MEETING AT:
- THE OFFICE OF THE ISLAND REGISTRY GOVERNMENT GUEST HOUSE AND/OR
- ON HTTPS://ISLANDCOUNCIL.STATIAGOV.COM/
THE MEETING WILL ALSO BE TRANSMITTED LIVE ON 92.3 FM.

Setting of the agenda
The Chairman informed that there is a proposal to remove agenda point 7. Annual Account 2025, as the document has not been received by the Island Council or have only been received today. He further explained that there is a mandatory two-week publication period and it would therefore be discussed at a later date.
The chairman inquired if there are any more proposals.
- Commissioner Merkman stated that he would like to make one remark pertaining to the Annual Account. He informed that it had been published today at 1:58 PM. The Commissioner further clarified that the mandatory two weeks publication applies to the Island Council and does not apply to the Central Committee.
