THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS HEREBY INVITED TO THE EXTRA PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ISLAND COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 14 OF THE RULES OF ORDER ISLAND COUNCIL.
EVERYONE CAN INSPECT THE DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE MEETING AT:
- THE OFFICE OF THE ISLAND REGISTRY GOVERNMENT GUEST HOUSE AND/OR
- ON WWW.STATIAGOVERNMENT.COM/ GOVERNMENT/ISLANDCOUNCIL.
THE MEETING WILL ALSO BE TRANSMITTED LIVE ON 92.3 FM.

Commissioner Leerdam & Commissioner Merkman extended season's greetings.
Chairlady Francis informed that Councilman Simmons is absent with notice. The chairlady also extended thanks to civil servants, the community, the offices of the Island Registrar and the Island Secretary. Condolences were extended to the Duggins family and friends.
Recess dates:
- The Island Council will be on recess as of tomorrow and will return 12 January 2026.
- The Executive Councill will be on recess as of tomorrow will return 12 January 2026.
Unless an extraordinary meeting is convened. -
