Dear Esteemed Central Committee Members,


There will be an Extra Public Meeting of the Central Committee, in accordance with article 8 of the Island Council Committee ordinance. This meeting will be held on Monday, 7th July 2025 at 2:00PM in the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC).

    Decision

    The Island Governor & Chief of Police, Mr. Hodge, returned to the Central Committee for a follow-up session. They gave a presentation and provided clarification on the adjusted Island Ordinance on Extraordinary powers of the Island Governor. The ordinance was initially presented during the Central Committee meeting held last week on July 3rd.


    This agenda point has been forwarded to the Island Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 10th at 9:30 AM.
